I just had my first appointment at Recharge with Shae, she is very knowledgeable and is helping me with hip and elbow pain that I have been having for quite some time due to a previous biking injury. As she was going through my assessment she would explain to me what she was doing when focusing on the areas that I had a concern with and what was going on. She made sure that I was comfortable.
